We have added a bit more functionality to our web store and changed the layout a bit. You can now use this to submit fault and warranty reports as well as check on the OEM recommended service life of serviceable components.
We have also added a currency converter which gives you the price of everything in the store in the selected currency - rates are linked to xe.com and are updated when they update. The pricing is indicative only, unfortunately we can still only handle payments in GBP but are working on additional payment methods for the future.
The online fault reporting should make it much easier and quicker to deal with simple fault reports. A case number will be automatically generated and all correspondence regarding that case should use that case number.
Remember to add as much detail as you can as this helps to speed up the authorisation process.
